General CommentsFacility had 1 lowboy that they were having service as it was icing up- there was no food present in the unit during the inspection. EHS observed the ambient temperature inside and the outer thermometer reading fluctuating throughout the inspection. Nearly all TCS items inside the unit were 41F but the ambient temperatures were higher. At end of inspection until reached 41F This could be due to the unit being in disrepair or due to it being hot in the kitchen. EHS advised facility to monitor the unit and to have it serviced.
