Two door cooler at front is not in use and needs to be repaired. Inside of cabinets under hand washing sink and cabinet storing beverage dispenser is rusting. Drain plugs need to be replaced in three compartment sink. Sheet of metal has been removed on side of cabinet storing beverage dispenser and needs to be repaired. Splash guards at produce prep sink are not approved. Bread molds need to be replaced.
