7-204.11 Sanitizers, Criteria - Chemicals (P) Sanitizer shall be measured at a concentration of 50-200ppm. Concentration of sanitizer in the 3 compartment registered above 400 ppm. CDI sanitizer was remade to the proper concentration of 50-200ppm. Temperature of sanitizer need to be around 70F noted temperature at 91F. |
