The wall behind the steamtable is bulbging out. Opening observed in the wall underneath the second 3-compartment sink and in the mop area and missing outlet cover near the 3-compartment prep sink. Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. 6-501.114 Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter (C) REPEAT Remove all non-functional equipment from facility such as the ice machine and the tall reachin. The establishment shall maintain a premises which is free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as litter or equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used .
