3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P Observed crab (5/27) and eel (5/21), exceeding the 7 days of datemarking. PIC stated that the eel was frozen, however the pull date from the freezer was not written on the label. CDI - PIC discarded.
