6-501.11 Repairing - Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures - Methods (C) - Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Floor finish in kitchen in front of grill is starting to wear, may need resealing (noted mat placed here to aid in preventing further deterioration).
6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C)- A couple floor drains could use some scrubbing. Floor wall junction / coving needs a bit of extra cleaning in areas such as at dish pit. Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. |
