The drain pipe in the wall behind the HW and 3 comp sink was leaking waste water onto the kitchen floor. The water had an odor and murky color and was pooled around the drain pipe’s wall connection. Food handler had cloth towels on the floor surrounding the leak. Repair the leak.
Verification Required- An inspector shall return in 3 days time to verify compliance.
Note: There was also a small splash issue with the indirect drain for the 3 comp sink. Water was splashing from the drain pipe onto the floor. Consider using taller cup drain to contain the splash. |
