Pf Observed two scoops in clean bin were soiled on back side of moveable scoop. These utensils were sent to dish washing room at time of inspection as a corrective action. |

4-501.11 - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment: Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. Observed four door reach-in cooler in kitchen was holding 47F inside and should be 38-40F. A work repair order has been made and make sure to monitor cooler so cold holding of foods is at 41F and less. |
