General Comments**Re-locate soap dispenser at kitchen hand sink to eliminate risk of contamination. Dispenser is currently above middle of the splash guard therefore it is not protecting from splash. REPEAT. ***Observed employee prep the 3 compartment sink for dishwashing. Instead of the vats being in order (wash, rinse, sanitize) she did wash, sanitize, rinse.
