Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P
CDI- Pizza sauce voluntarily discarded during inspection. Employee noted the date and apologized, explaining the limited staff and discarding pizza sauce without guidance from regulatory authority’s. |
