The sanitizer solution for the wiping cloths was too weak. Wiping cloths shall be held in a sanitizer solution between uses. CDI; PIC remade the Quat sanitizer. PIC was advised to use one wiping cloth per bucket when using Quat sanitizer and replace when cloths become soiled. |
