General Comments

All cooked food comes from the main clubhouse kitchen to the guest and is not held in the pool snack bar. The only food that is held within the snack bar is cut fruit which is brought from the main clubhouse kitchen and discarded daily. No sanitizer was made during inspection. Will discuss with establishment regarding future menu items and if a food permit is necessary for pool snack bar since all items are coming straight from the main clubhouse kitchen.
