Sanitizer at 3 compartment sink was out during inspection and was replaced during inspection. Sanitizer is now pulling at 300 ppm quat. Ensure once sanitizer is empty that employees are replacing with a new container. Dishes were not being actively washed during the inspection therefore it was not a violation.
