4-302.14 Provide a test kit that accurately measures sanitizer concentrations. -Pf Sink and surface sanitizer is used and gotten from the main kitchen, but test strips aren’t accurate in halfway house. EHS discussed getting additional strips with the color key to keep in the halfway house. PIC is going to get strips from the main kitchen. REPEAT VIOLATION. VERIFICATION REQUIRED WITHIN 10 DAYS. |

6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Floor laminate is swollen/detaching under/ beside the prep coolers and at the 3 vat sink. Reattach so that it is smooth and easy to clean. REPEAT VIOLATION. Establishment is planning on repairing floors when halfway house is closed for the season. |
