The premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter (C). Remove items that are unnecessary and reorganize kitchen in a manner to promote proper cleaning. If items are personal and unrelated to the operation of the kitchen, remove these items and store separately from facility items.
