2-301.14 (I) Wash hands after engaging in other activities that contaminate hands. -P Observed employee on the food line touch their head set and then continue to prepare orders. CDI: Hand washing education was provided to staff during inspection. This was the only handwashing violation observed during the inspection. EHS did witness food employee use their cell phone multiple times during the inspection but employee did correctly wash their hands after each use before donning gloves. |

Observed black debris accumulation located inside of the lobby ice chute. Clean with a brush or tool that can reach high enough inside of the ice chute to clean the entirety of the chute. |
