Observed a bucket of sanitizer sitting on the floor next to 3 compartment sink with a concentration of chlorine at 200ppm. Chlorine sanitizer shall be maintained at proper strength of 50ppm to safely sanitize. CDI-manager diluted the sanitizer solution. |

All self serving units shall be protected from customers with a sneeze guard to prevent contamination. If a sneeze guard can not be obtained the unit shall be made, so it is no longer used for customers to serve themselves. |
