Tongs were removed and taken to 3 compartment sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized.

Birds were seen picking at the trash that has been accummulated in this area. 5-501.113 Lids open on dumpsters today. Dumpster lids cannot close due to the large amounts of trash inside the dumpsters. Keep lids and doors closed on dumpsters to miminize the presence of pests. 5-501.115 Dumpster pad area (enclosed with fencing) has large amounts of accummulated trash and food debris. This area needs to be cleaned. Birds and other pests are present due to the accummulation of trash on the dumpster pad and inside of the fencing area. This may be deemed as a public health nuisance. Take more action in keeping this area clean and disposing of trash in dumpsters with lids and doors closed and on a more frequent basis. Dumpster pads and areas where dumpsters and garbage receptacles are stored shall be kept clean.
