Waste pipe attached to 3 vat utensil sink and two vat food prep sink does not meet NC plumbing code. CDI- PIC is aware the direct waste plumbing at the three vat utensil sink and 2 vat prep sink does not meet NC Plumbing Code. The PIC has been instructed to contact Building Inspections Dept for follow up. |
