6-403.11 Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located, so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. Observed personal food stored in a kitchen pan stored on top of a box of chili in the walk-in freezer. Store personal food in a labeled bin on bottom shelf. Food equipment in permitted kitchen can not be used for cooking/heating personal food. However, microwave in dining room may be used to cook and/or reheat personal food made at home. |
