6-501.16 Drying Mops (C) During inspection, mop was observed drying in the corner of the kitchen on the floor. REHS discussed moving this to the mop sink to properly dry. PIC did relocate the mop to the mop sink to properly dry. PIC was unable to hang the mop to air dry properly. Nails are present in the walls for this, but there is no way for the mop to hang currently. PIC will be discussing this with administration staff following the inspection. |
