4-501.11 - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment: Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. Observed the soap dispenser on dish machine is not dispensing properly. The facility has a back up three vat sink that will be set up when food utensils need to be washed, rinsed and sanitized as a corrective action. |
