4-205.10 Ensure equipment other than toasters, mixers, microwaves, water heaters and hoods is ANSI certified or equivalent. rare still some inverted milk crates for dry storage in the facility. rolling pallets have been obtained for freezer storage. The dishmachine is leaking heavily from the bottom and water is running onto the floor to the floor drain in the middle of the room instead of all going into the floor sink drain at the machine. Staff states a work order has been submitted for this. |
