5-501.113(B) Keep dumpster, outside waste containers covered with tight-fitting lids or doors. One lid on the brown dumpster is open. IT has been dumped this morning. Maintain all doors and lids closed to help prevent the entrance of vermin. There is also evidence of rusting around the bottom edge that can lead to leakage. This dumpster will need to be replaced soon. |

6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. There is observed to be a great deal of peeling paint on the walls, ceilings, window sills, and doors. Maintain all surfaces such that they are easily cleanable and in good repair and so that there is no danger of peeling paint entering the food. |
