General Comments

Owner provided REHS notice of schedule weeks prior to the event. The notice stated he would be serving from 6 am to 12 pm. REHS arrived at 7:30 to begin inspection. PIC did not arrive until 8:20 am. Menu for event is hot dogs, mustard, ketchup and onions as the only available toppings. Left burner knob was experiencing some issues this morning. This burner is only going to be used for steaming buns. Hot dogs will be cooked using the right burner.
