3-302.11(A)(1) Separate raw animal foods from ready-to-eat foods and washed/unwashed fruits and vegetables. -P Eggs and raw chicken (in enclosed container) stored above onions, carrots and sauce. REHS discussed with PICs the importance of separating these items to prevent contamination from occurring. We also discussed how they could move things around in the WIC to meet proper storage procedures. |

6-303.11 Intensity - Lighting (C) One light is currently out in the dish machine room. Light intensity reading taken, light measuring 5-6.87 foot candles. Lighting in areas used for handwashing, warewashing, equipment and utensil storage, and in toilet rooms shall be at least 20 foot candles. Lighting along cookline is measuring 12-15fc. 50 fc is required for work areas. Establishment shall repair/replace light to ensure required lighting intensity is met. |
