6-101.11/6-201.11 Floors, walls and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Floors shall be non-absorbent in areas subject to moisture. Wall behind grill is particle board. Holes that were present previously have been patched. Establishment shall repair/replace so that walls can be easily cleaned. Establishment is currently in conversation with this department to add proper wall coverage to this wall as well as a hood. |
