6-501.12 Floors, walls, ceilings including the attachments such as soap, towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vent covers shall be clean. Caution should be used to minimize food exposure.
The floor in the WIF observed to have buildup under the shelving. The shelving should be pulled out and the buildup scraped and cleaned. The wall in the lavatory area of the bathrooms is peeling paint again. Maintain all surfaces clean and in good repair. |
