6-303.11 Provide required lighting intensity. 3 bulbs are out in the kitchen currently, one under the stove and two in the light bars. Due to this required lighting intensity is not met. Light shall be 50 fc at work surfaces. Currently in the kitchen, lighting is measuring: 43 at prep table, 47 at 3 comp sink, and 22-29 at cook line area. Establishment shall repair/replace to ensure required lighting is met and maintained. |
