General CommentsStudents were in classroom upon arrival. There was no food in the work station prep refrigerators. Run the dishmachine several times before trying to run utensils through it. Make sure it is reaching sanitizing requirements of 180 degrees F on Final Rinse gauge and at least 160 degrees on thermolabels. Remove the storage in the bathroom that is not toileting related.
