Store single use towels in a clean area to prevent contamination. PIC stated work order has been placed for broken hand drying device. Discussed storing paper towels in another area in restroom that would prevent contamination of single use towels until hand drying device is repaired. |

7-204.11 Quat sanitizer concentration was in excess of 500 ppm today. Quat sanitizer concentration was checked using test strips in sanitizer buckets and at 3 compartment sink. According to manufacturer's label, quat sanitizer used in facility shall be maintained at a concentration of 150-400 ppm. Repair dispensing system if needed to ensure sanitizer is at its correct concentration. |
