4-501.11 - Coating is peeling off wire shelving over food preparation sink and over 3-compartment sink. Protective shipping coating is peeling off splashguards between sinks - soiled and hard to clean. Owner removed protective coating and states they will clean the splashguards or either get new ones. Equipment shall be in good repair. Also, 'chopper'/equipment that cuts meat into smaller pieces is not currently working. They will likely get a new one. Submit specifications for all new equipment to this department for approval prior to purchase.
