General CommentsEHS notes the facility is undergoing renovations in the rear of the facility. The facility has added RIF, RIC, a hood system, and a WIC. At the moment cold holding is only used to store beer and packaged bread. EHS notes that the facilities work is known by the Health Department and that once completed the work will need to be approved by the Health Department, per observations and PIC none of the equipment is currently being used for the facilities current service. EHS also notes that no cooking equipment is present in the facilities hood area, and no evidence of food prep was observed in the back area. EHS spoke with facility owner John Shepard and told him to reach out to EHS Mark Oliver to schedule construction finals prior to any use of the additional space and equipment.
