General Comments

30 day intent to suspend issued today: During today’s inspection, EHS observed newly installed FRP walls, walk-in cooler (WIC) and hood system. Per PIC/owner John Shephard, the WIC is currently being used to store personal employee foods and bar beverages and hood system is at beginning stages of installation. EHS advised PIC/owner on contacting Code Enforcement, instructed PIC to discontinue renovations, use of WIC and not add any additional equipment under hood system. PIC will also reach out to in field plan review inspector to discuss details of remodel and expansion.
