Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
EHS observed a few broken tiles by the ovens and by the back door making the floors not smooth and easily cleanable. Underneath fixed equipment needs more frequent cleaning such as underneath shelving units, 3 compartment sink, prep tables, etc. The corner of the wall by the bulletin board (that goes around to the shelving units by the walk in cooler) is broken and is not smooth and easily cleanable. Plaster is visible and needs to be repaired to be smooth and easily cleanable. |
