Performed inspection with onsite operator Toriano. Intent to suspend issued for insufficient records. Records must be consistently kept for 30 days or permit suspension may be issued. Feature pump 40gpm Const. Date: 2/1/2024 Rope Length: 31'6 No night swimming. Permit Restrictions: 1) Filtration flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall be maintained from 47 gpm to 63 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the filter. 2) Flow meter on feature pump flow shall not exceed 104 gpm to meet flow restriction of return line. 3) Pool is not approved for salt as primary chlorination. 4) Sump pump required for means to empty swimming pool. 5) Lock must remain in place on disconnect lock out for ventilation in chemical storage room. Note: Filtration pulls through skimmers only. Not tied to main drains. Hayward drain cover is hydrostat
