EHS observed at the customer self-serve display, raw pork jowls (Morty Pride) that was on shelves over fully cooked ham spirals and fully cooked ham steak. CDI - PIC moved the over with other Morty Pride food items so they were not over any fully cooked/ready to eat foods. |

6-501.14 Change the filters and clean the intake and exhaust air ducts so they are not a source of contamination by dust, dirt or other materials.
EHS observed the fans on the ceiling over the packing station and just to the side of the cutting station have dust build up on them. They need to be cleaned as to not be a potential contaminate for meats. PIC stated that they had addressed that with upper management and it was in the process of being addressed. |
