EHS observed in the walk in cooler, multiple crates of milk cartons are being stored on the floor due to lack of space in the walk in cooler. Food items need to be stored at least 6 inches above the floor on shelving or dunnage racks. |

EHS observed the 3-door cold hold refrigeration unit, 2-door cold hold refrigeration unit, 3 pass through cold hold units and 1 pass through hot hold. EHS also observed the two serve lines have cold holding controls for salad, milk and fruits are also not working. Items need to be repaired or replaced. |
