5-205.11 (A) A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use Pf.
EHS observed a trash can blocking the hand wash sink located beside the raw meat prep sink. CDI - trash can was moved to another location.
5-205.11 (B) A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing Pf.
EHS observed a glove in the sink of the hand wash sink upon arrival. CDI - glove was moved.
6-301.12 Each HANDWASHING SINK or group of adjacent HANDWASHING SINKS shall be provided with: (A) Individual, disposable towels; (B) A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; or (C) A heated-air hand drying device; or (D) A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. -Pf
EHS observed the hand wash sink located beside the raw meat prep sink did not have any paper towels or hand drying devices. CDI - paper towels were placed at the sink. |
