EHS observed an employee making a breakfast sandwich and touching the toast with bare hands. CDI - EHS asked employee to stop, remake the toast using single service gloves or a utensil to touch the toast to make the sandwich. When handling ready to eat foods, such as bread/toast, tomatoes and lettuce, utensils or single service gloves shall be used and not bare hand contact. |
