General CommentsEHS provided establishment with educational notebook, timer, and food thermometer. EHS provided establishment with an in-service reviewing all risk factors observed during inspection with all food employees with the assistance of interpreter-Kevin Lin. EHS recommends deep cleaning on a day they are closed.
