General Comments- EHS conducted a full re-inspection as well as checking up on the ongoing date marking RCP. Facility has made massive corrections in all areas of the restaurant including date marking. Staff made signage is now around the kitchen to remind each other of proper date marking procedures and to ensure everyone remembers to put date marks on all items. EHS was unable to find any issues with date marking in the previous visits and has observed a new fully functioning procedure implemented in the facility. No further follow ups required to be conducted regarding the RCP and it is now lifted as of 10/31/25.
