5-202.14 A backflow or back siphonage prevention device installed on a water supply system shall meet construction, installation, maintenance, inspection, and testing standards for that specific application and type of device. P A hose with a wand was hooked to a hose bib with no back siphonage prevention device or a hose bib vacuum breaker. EHS discussed why a hose bib vacuum breaker is needed. The nozzle was removed from the hose. Owner said he will keep the hose disconnected also when not using. Provide a hose bib vacuum breaker or 1 point will be deducted next time.
