General CommentsFood service permit, menu, food service equipment, kitchen floor plan, Water, Sewer, emails, food source, phone number, etc.remains the same as last inspection. Bleach sanitizer bucket 50PPM. Hot water sanitizer dishmachine 160F. REHS and PIC discussed employee health reporting requirements as it is very important to make sure all food service employees are aware of employee health and required reporting requirements so not to cause a food borne illness. Waste pipe attached to 3 vat utensil sink not meet NC plumbing code. CDI- PIC is aware the direct waste plumbing at the three vat sink does not meet NC Plumbing Code. The PIC has been instructed to contact Building Inspections Dept for follow up as a critical violation correction. Phone numbers for Chatham County Central Permitting are (919) 542-8293 or (919) 545-8403. No food prep nor handling performed in bar area and the bar was not inspected.
