General CommentsNew Manager: Miguel Ramirez 984-297-3718 miguelr28152003@gmail.com Owner: Claudia Martin 412-612-0450 lascarolinasfm@gmail.com Future plans are to change the name to El Calentano Tacos Bar & Grill. Food truck (Tacos el Calentano) observed on the premises must me removed within 90 days. It may not return until the establishment is approved as a commissary. Presently, in order for establishment to be approved as a commissary, the establishment must increase deliveries to daily deliveries, reduce menu items, and/or reduce operational days. EHS requested new menu for approval. EHS hand delivered fee letter from the state and received signatures. EHS informed the new manager the FL Application has expired.
