Onsite visit to pool with Bill Kinsman for return construction and operating permit inspection. Construction passed. Operating permit issued for no night swimming. Holds released on permits. CPO certification expired. CPO previously certified and expired in 2022. Required to be at least signed up for CPO class by follow-up inspection. Required for operating permit, 2024. Filtration Hayward SP32900VSP pump with (2) Aquastar VGBA2017 A10RCFRxxx drain covers. EQ lines plugged in skimmer. Feature - Hayward SP3207X10XE pump with (2) Aquastar VGBA-2017 A10RCFRxxx drain covers. Permit Restrictions: 1)Filtration pump flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall remain from 72 gpm to 120 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of return number. 2)Feature pump flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall remain at 63 gpm or less due to flow restriction of suction and return lines. Pool Width 23 ft.; Rope Length 35.5 ft.; Max Depth 4 ft. Note: Center drain is hydrostat. Hayward 1048 cover. No suction. Note: Upper fence does not meet pool code. Considered balcony level and public cannot access from above. Note: Safety backing tape could be viewed during site visit on back of mirrors. A follow-up inspection will be completed within 60 days of permit issuance. Inspection will be un-announced.
