(REPEAT) Found an opened bag of bleu cheese without a label. Employee states it was opened two days ago. Every other cheese was marked on the flip top, but the bleu cheese was not written and was forgot per employee. CDI by PIC marking the bag with a pen. Chili was moved to another pan to separate from larger container. CDI by adding label for original open date. |

The QAC test strips had two sets on-site. One bag with an expiration date on 2024 and the other where the color would not change after testing. Have new test strips within 10 days or by 4/2/26 or Dana Cavenaugh. |
