4-903.11(C ) Single Service and Single Use items shall be kept in the original protective package or stored using other means that protect the item until used. Observed single service trays stored in the back utility room unprotected and with the food contact side facing upward. CDI EHS educated PIC on keeping trays in plastic when in the utility room. PIC inverted trays and discarded the tray on the top. |
