The slaw was transported in a cooler bag with ice packs and arrived at the establishment around 30 minutes prior. The slaw was placed on the refrigerator door and the PIC said the door has been opened and closed frequently. The slaw was moved to the back of the refrigerator and was 41°F by the end of the inspection. EHS recommended not storing TCS foods on the refrigerator door. CDI
