General CommentsDuring inspection, it was observed that the raw meat prep sink is currently being used for both raw meat preparation and the washing of produce and vegetables. This is not compliant with food safety regulations, as cross-contamination may occur. At this time, no separate sink is available for proper produce washing. Therefore, one of the following actions must be taken: 1. Install a food preparation sink specifically for washing produce and vegetables. OR 2. Purchase all produce pre-washed and pre-cut from an approved source. If you choose to purchase pre-washed and pre-cut produce, please provide our office with a revised menu that reflects these menu changes by removing items that need to be washed/cut.
